RULES AND PRIVACY

PART ONE: DEFINITIONS

Reservation: Any maintenance and allocation of space (rooms, suites, apartments, etc.) for a certain period of time in the hotel, is called a reservation.
Reservation applicant: a person who, in person or on behalf of another person, by direct reference or in writing by sending a letter, fax or through internet facilities and website Request room reservation for specified period of time.

Reservation amount (prepayment): Accommodation will be paid as an advance on account and is usually equivalent to one night’s stay which must be deposited by the applicant in the hotel account and its receipt for issuing a reservation form to the hotel reservation department fax or delivery.

PART TWO: TERMS OF BOOKING

Equivalent to the regulations of the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization Persons under 2 years of age (Toddlers) are exempt from paying any fees, People between 2 and 6 years old are considered child and for children, the cost is calculated as half price and for people over 6 years old, the cost will be fully calculated.
9% VAT is added to hotel rates, If the tax rate increased, difference in the rate will be received.

PART THREE: ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

heck-in time is not a criterion and the time to leave the room is before 12 noon and the room is delivered after 3 pm. upon arrival at the hotel, the guest must present the booking confirmation form and the original receipt or bank transfer (printed or electronic) to the receptionist. Having a photo ID of guests and companions is mandatory at the time of arrival and stay and observing Islamic etiquette and hotel regulations.

If the guest arrives before 3 pm, the hotel will not be obliged to provide a room and only if the room is empty can have the necessary cooperation.

The hotel has no responsibility for the direction, floor, color or design of the room and the room number is determined by the reception when the guest enters the hotel.

PART FOUR: CANCEL OR CHANGE THE RESERVATION

Change of residence date, rename the booker and cancel reservation, from the moment of booking confirmation until 18:00 the day before arrival eligible to damage equivalent to 15% of the cost of the first night accommodation in the number of rooms booked and from 18:00 onwards its equal to the cost of the first night and the number of rooms that booked.

The hotel only keeps the room empty on the date of booking and if the guest does not visit by 12 o’clock the next day, the reservation is canceled and the cost will be deducted equal to one full night depending on the number of rooms booked.

If after booking, the rates for rooms and services requested at the hotel change the booker is obliged to pay the difference.

According to the Charter of Tourist Rights “If the guest after booking and staying in the hotel, for any reason cancels his/her booking and evacuate the room earlier than the announced departure date, The cost of one night stay will be calculated for each room and will be deducted from the prepayment amount.
